في لحظة فارقة من عمر سوريا، لم يكن السؤال: ماذا حدث؟ بل: ماذا بعد؟ ومن هذا السؤال وُلدت المؤسسة الشبابية السورية. لم نبدأ من مكتب فخم، بدأنا من قناعة أن في الشاب السوري طاقة تنتظر من يفتح لها الباب. جمعنا الشباب ليكون لهذا الجيل بيت يحتضنه، ومساحة يكبر فيها، وصوت يُسمع. امتد العمل من دمشق إلى حلب، ومن الساحل إلى الجزيرة، حتى صارت شبكة تنهض في عشر محافظات. آمنا أن الشباب ليسوا مشكلة تُدار، بل طاقة تُوجَّه، وأنهم حاضر يصنع الآن. فلم نعلّمهم ماذا يفكرون، بل كيف يفكرون. نحن وعد لهذا الجيل: أن نمضي معه من اليافعة إلى القيادة، ومن الحلم إلى الأثر، ومن الانتماء إلى البناء.

At a turning point in Syria's life, the question was not what happened, but what comes next. From that question the Syrian Youth Foundation was born. We did not start from a grand office. We started from the conviction that Syrian youth hold energy waiting for a door to open. We gathered young people so this generation would have a home, room to grow, and a voice that is heard. The work spread from Damascus to Aleppo, and from the coast to the Jazira, until it became a network across ten governorates. We believe youth are not a problem to be managed, but energy to be directed — a present that is being made now. We do not teach them what to think. We teach them how to think. We are a promise to walk with this generation from adolescence to leadership, from dream to impact, and from belonging to building.

المؤسسة السورية للشباب هي مؤسسة مجتمع مدني سورية مستقلة، تُعنى ببناء اليافعين والشباب في أبعادهم كافة، انطلاقًا من منظومة قيم جامعة وهوية حضارية أصيلة. نشأت في فجر سوريا الجديدة لتكون البيت الأول للشباب السوري. نعمل في عشرة محافظات، عبر شبكة تتجاوز 1500 متطوع، وقد وصلنا إلى أكثر من نصف مليون شاب.

The Syrian Youth Foundation is an independent Syrian civil society organization dedicated to empowering adolescents and young people across all dimensions, guided by a comprehensive system of values and an authentic civilizational identity. It emerged at the dawn of the new Syria to be the premier home for Syrian youth. We operate across ten governorates through a network of over 1500volunteers, and we have reached more than half a million young people.

How we work

نعمل وفق رؤية كرة الثلج: نزرع الرؤية في مجموعة من الشباب فيحملونها إلى غيرهم، وتتسع الدائرة من تلقاء نفسها. تنتظم المؤسسة في فروع محافظاتية، وينداح أثرها عبر التطوع المفتوح، وشبكة «أصدقاء الشباب السوري»، والمجالس الشبابية التمثيلية.

We work like a snowball: the vision is planted in a group of young people, they carry it onward, and the circle widens on its own. The Foundation is organized in governorate branches. Its reach spreads through open volunteering, the Friends of Syrian Youth network, and representative youth councils.

What governs the work

• الوطنية الجامعة: المؤسسة لكل الشباب السوري، وتعلو فوق الانقسامات المناطقية والطائفية.Inclusive patriotism: the Foundation is for every Syrian young person, above regional and sectarian division.
• الاستقلالية: القرار والمحتوى والبرامج تُصنع داخل المؤسسة. الجهات الرسمية تمكين، لا تبعية.Independence: decisions, content, and programs are made inside the Foundation. Official bodies enable the work; they do not own it.
• اللاحزبية: لا انتماء حزبي ولا توظيف ضيق. البناء للإنسان، لا لحشد الأنصار.Non-partisanship: no party affiliation and no narrow instrumentalization. The work builds people, not followings.
• القيمة قبل الشعار: نمارس قيمنا ولا نتاجر بها، ونثبتها بالفعل لا بالادعاء.Values before slogans: we practice our values, we do not trade on them, and we prove them by action.
• الأصالة والمعاصرة: نجمع بين رسوخ الهوية وانفتاح الأدوات.Authenticity and the present: we hold a rooted identity and open tools together.
• الأثر لا النشاط: نقيس أنفسنا بما نحدثه من تغيير، لا بعدد الفعاليات.Impact, not activity: we measure ourselves by the change we make, not by the number of events.

الكرامة

Dignity

لكل إنسان قيمة أصيلة تُصان، بغض النظر عن خلفيته أو موقعه.

Every person holds an inherent worth that must be protected, regardless of background or position.

المسؤولية

Responsibility

الحرية لا تنفصل عن تبعتها. نحاسب أنفسنا قبل أن يحاسبنا أحد.

Freedom is inseparable from accountability. We hold ourselves to account before anyone else does.

العدل

Justice

إنصاف الناس أساس كل عمران. لا تمييز على أساس انتماء أو موقع.

Fairness is the basis of anything we build. We do not discriminate by affiliation or status.

الأمانة

Integrity

الصدق شرط أي بناء يدوم. نقول ما نفعل، ونفعل ما نقول.

Honesty is the condition for anything built to last. We say what we do, and do what we say.

الإتقان

Mastery

إتقان العمل قيمة في ذاته، لا وسيلة لغاية.

Doing the work with mastery is a value in itself, not merely a means to an end.

الانتماء

Belonging

الفرد لا يكتمل إلا في وطن يعمل لرفعته. الجذور قبل الجناح.

A person is complete only within a homeland they work to elevate. Roots before flight.

التكافل

Solidarity

المجتمع جسد واحد. لا نهضة فردية بمعزل عن نهضة الجماعة.

Society is one body. There is no individual rise apart from the rise of the collective.
