بهدف تعزيز التطور الإلكتروني ومواكبة التحول الرقمي، شارك 46 شاباً وشابة من محافظة دير الزور في أعمال مؤتمر "SYNC26" التقني، والذي أقيم برعاية المؤسسة السورية للشباب وبالتعاون مع المنتدى السوري (مبادرة "دلني").

ويسعى المؤتمر إلى بناء جسور التواصل بين الشباب السوري في الداخل والخبرات والكوادر السورية المغتربة حول العالم. وتضمن الحدث برنامجاً مكثفاً شمل محاضرات وورش عمل تخصصية في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والبرمجة، والأمن السيبراني، والتسويق الرقمي، إلى جانب جلسات عملية ركزت على صقل المهارات المهنية للمشاركين، وكيفية إعداد السير الذاتية وبناء الملفات الشخصية الاحترافية على منصة "لينكدإن" لتعزيز فرص دخولهم سوق العمل.

Aiming to foster digital advancement and technological transformation, 46 young men and women from Deir ez-Zor participated in the "SYNC26" Tech Conference, sponsored by the Syria Youth Foundation in collaboration with the Syrian Forum (Dalni Initiative).

The conference serves as a tech bridge connecting Syrian youth inside the country with Syrian diaspora experts worldwide. The event featured an intensive program of specialized lectures and workshops covering Artificial Intelligence (AI), programming, cybersecurity, and digital marketing. Additionally, practical sessions were conducted to enhance participants' professional readiness, focusing on CV writing and LinkedIn profile optimization to boost their employment prospects.
