بالتعاون مع شركة "MTN سوريا"، نظمت المؤسسة السورية للشباب في محافظة درعا تدريباً نظرياً متخصصاً لمجموعة من متطوعيها في مدينة الشباب بدمشق، وذلك ضمن برنامج "أساسيات الاتصالات الخلوية" وبمشاركة نخبة من الخبراء والمهندسين العاملين في الشركة.

وتضمن البرنامج التدريبي عدة محاور حيوية شملت: إدارة أداء الشبكة وضمان الجودة، وشبكات النقل وبروتوكول الإنترنت (IP Network)، وآلية عمل مركز عمليات الشبكة (NOC). كما تطرقت الجلسات إلى تخطيط وتحسين الشبكات اللاسلكية، وتخطيط وتشغيل الشبكة الأساسية (Core Network)، بالإضافة إلى أساسيات الصيانة والطاقة.

ويُعد هذا التدريب النظري مرحلة أولى لتأسيس المتطوعين، حيث سيتبعه تدريب ميداني عملي مخصص لخريجي هندسة الاتصالات، بهدف تأهيلهم مهنياً وربط المعارف النظرية بالتطبيق الفعلي في قطاع الاتصالات، بما يترجم حرص المؤسسة على بناء شراكات استراتيجية فاعلة تهيئ الشباب لدخول سوق العمل بجدارة.

In collaboration with MTN Syria, the Syria Youth Foundation in Daraa Governorate organized a specialized theoretical training for a group of its volunteers at the Youth City in Damascus. The program, titled "Basics of Cellular Communications," was conducted with the participation of leading experts and engineers from the company.

The training covered several vital modules, including Network Performance and Quality Assurance, Transport and IP Networks, and the functions of the Network Operations Center (NOC). The sessions also addressed Wireless Network Planning and Optimization, Core Network Planning and Operations, as well as Maintenance and Power fundamentals.

This theoretical session marks the first phase of the program, which will be followed by practical field training tailored specifically for telecommunications engineering graduates. The initiative aims to equip youth with practical skills, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application in the telecom sector. This step reflects the foundation's commitment to forging strategic partnerships that prepare young people to confidently enter the labor market.
