نظمت المؤسسة السورية للشباب في محافظة طرطوس، بالتعاون مع فرع المؤسسة في محافظة درعا ومركز "تكوين"، مخيماً تفاعلياً لليافعين، وذلك في إطار تعزيز التواصل وتبادل الخبرات بين الكوادر والشباب في مختلف المحافظات، وإتاحة مساحة لتطوير المهارات وتشجيع المبادرات الفاعلة.

وتضمن المخيم حلقات نقاش تفاعلية وأنشطة متخصصة ركزت على تنمية المهارات، وتحفيز الابتكار، واقتراح حلول لمبادرات مجتمعية، بالإضافة إلى تدريبات جماعية عززت روح الفريق والعمل المشترك بين المشاركين. وشكّل المخيم مساحة نموذجية للتعلم وتبادل التجارب، بما يترجم رؤية المؤسسة في تمكين الفئات الشابة واليافعين وتشجيعهم على المبادرة وصناعة أثر إيجابي ومستدام في مجتمعاتهم.

To enhance inter-governorate communication and foster the exchange of expertise, the Syria Youth Foundation in Tartous Governorate—in collaboration with the foundation's Daraa branch and the Tekween Center—organized an interactive camp for adolescents.

The camp featured interactive discussion sessions and specialized workshops designed to develop core skills, encourage innovation, and spark community-driven ideas. It also incorporated team-building activities that reinforced collaborative work among participants. The camp offered a constructive platform for learning and peer exchange, reflecting the foundation's commitment to empowering young people, cultivating their leadership potential, and inspiring them to drive positive social impact.
