في إطار خططها المستمرة لتمكين الشباب وتزويدهم بالمهارات الحديثة المواكبة لمتطلبات العصر، نظمت المؤسسة السورية للشباب في دمشق ورشة تدريبية تخصصية بعنوان "جاهز للمستقبل؟ كيف نفهم التحولات، نبني قدراتنا، ونصنع فرصنا"، والتي قدمها الدكتور فداء الدين السيد عيسى.

وركزت الورشة في محاورها الأساسية على مهارات استشراف المستقبل، وآليات اتخاذ القرارات، والتكيف المرن مع التحولات المتسارعة في بيئات العمل الحديثة. وشهدت الفعالية أجواءً تفاعلية رفيعة المستوى من خلال جلسات عصف ذهني مكثفة، وتدريبات علمية تم خلالها تقسيم المشاركين إلى مجموعات عمل لمناقشة وتحليل قضايا سيناريوهات واقعية. وساهمت هذه الأنشطة في صقل مهارات الحضور في التحليل والعمل الجماعي والتفكير المنظم، بما ينعكس على تنمية قدراتهم الشابة ويحفزهم على المبادرة وصناعة الأثر الإيجابي.

As part of its ongoing plans to empower young people and equip them with modern, competitive skills, the Syria Youth Foundation in Damascus organized a specialized training workshop titled "Ready for the Future? How We Understand Shifts, Build Capacity, and Create Opportunities," presented by Dr. Fidaa Eddin Al-Sayed Issa.

The workshop focused on essential themes, including future foresight, effective decision-making mechanisms, and strategies for adapting to rapid transformations in evolving work environments. Held in a dynamic and highly interactive atmosphere, the event featured intensive brainstorming sessions and practical group exercises designed to analyze real-world decision scenarios. Through these activities, participants enhanced their analytical, teamwork, and strategic thinking capabilities, reinforcing the foundation's commitment to nurturing youth potential and inspiring proactive community leadership.
