في إطار اللقاءات الدورية الهادفة إلى ترسيخ قيم الحوار وبناء المساحات المعرفية المشتركة، عقدت المؤسسة السورية للشباب بدمشق جلسة حوارية موسعة جمعت أعضاء الفريق وإدارة النادي، لمناقشة عدد من المحاور والقضايا التنظيمية والشبابية التي تهم مسيرة العمل.

وشهدت الجلسة نقاشات مستفيضة حول المبادرات المستقبلية والقضايا الشبابية الحيوية، حيث أتيح المجال للمشاركين لطرح أسئلتهم وتبادل وجهات النظر في أجواء تفاعلية سادها الوعي والمسؤولية، إلى جانب البحث في سبل تطوير الأداء الإداري والتنظيمي. واختتم اللقاء بنشاط عصف ذهني تفاعلي تم خلاله تقسيم الحضور إلى مجموعات عمل متخصصة لصياغة أفكار وحلول مبتكرة تدعم تطلعات الفريق وتضمن تحقيق أثر مجتمعي إيجابي ومستدام.
