ضمن مساعيها المستمرة لتمكين الشباب وتعزيز مهاراتهم الشخصية والمهنية، نظمت المؤسسة السورية للشباب في محافظة اللاذقية ورشة تدريبية نوعية حملت عنوان "من الإدراك إلى التأثير: رحلة التفكير القيادي الذاتي"، والتي قدمتها الأستاذة عبير وكيل.

وتناولت الورشة التفاعلية آليات تحويل الأفكار والخطط إلى خطوات عمل مؤثرة وملموسة على أرض الواقع. كما هدفت الفعالية إلى تزويد الشباب بأدوات القيادة الذاتية الفعالة، وتدريبهم على كيفية تطبيقها بنجاح في مساراتهم العملية والمهنية، بما يسهم في صقل قدراتهم القيادية وتحفيزهم على ترك أثر مجتمعي إيجابي ومستدام.

As part of its ongoing efforts to empower youth and enhance their personal and professional skills, the Syria Youth Foundation in Latakia Governorate organized a specialized training workshop titled "From Awareness to Impact: The Journey of Self-Leadership Thinking," presented by Ms. Abeer Wakeel.

The interactive workshop explored mechanisms for transforming ideas and plans into impactful, actionable steps. The event aimed to equip young participants with essential self-leadership tools, training them on how to successfully apply these skills in their practical and professional lives. This initiative seeks to refine their leadership capabilities and inspire them to leave a positive and sustainable mark on their communities.
