في إطار جهودها الرامية إلى بناء القدرات الشخصية والمهنية، نظمت المؤسسة السورية للشباب في محافظة اللاذقية ورشة تدريبية تفاعلية بعنوان "مهارات الحياة.. قيم وأدوات"، والتي قدمها الأستاذ نورس العبدالله.

وتناولت الورشة مجموعة من المحاور الأساسية التي ركزت على بناء وتطوير المنظومة القيمية لدى الشباب، وإكسابهم المهارات الحياتية الجوهرية. كما هدفت الفعالية إلى تزويد المشاركين بأدوات عمل تطبيقية تساعدهم على التعامل مع التحديات اليومية بمرونة وكفاءة، بما يسهم في صقل شخصياتهم وتعزيز حضورهم الفاعل ودورهم الإيجابي في بناء المجتمع.

As part of its ongoing efforts to build personal and professional capacities, the Syria Youth Foundation in Latakia Governorate organized an interactive training workshop titled "Life Skills: Values and Tools," presented by Mr. Nawras Al-Abdullah.

The workshop addressed fundamental themes focused on developing the youth's value system and equipping them with essential core life skills. The event also aimed to provide participants with practical tools to help them navigate daily challenges with resilience and efficiency, ultimately refining their characters and enhancing their active presence and positive role in building the community.
