استمراراً لبرامجها الهادفة إلى تنمية مهارات التواصل الفعال، نظمت المؤسسة السورية للشباب في محافظة اللاذقية جلسة تفاعلية مميزة ضمن مسار "نادي الحوار"، لمناقشة أسس التواصل البنّاء وتعزيز ثقافة الحوار وتقبل الرأي الآخر.

وركزت الجلسة في محاورها على التمييز الدقيق بين مفهومي الحوار والجدل، مبينةً الغايات والانعكاسات المجتمعية لكل منهما. كما سلط اللقاء الضوء على المقومات الأساسية والمهارات التي يجب أن تبنى عليها شخصية المحاور الناجح، مثل الاستماع الفاعل، واحترام الآراء، وسرعة البديهة، بما يسهم في تمكين الشباب من امتلاك لغة تواصل راقية تعزز من حضورهم وتأثيرهم الإيجابي في محيطهم المجتمعي.

Continuing its programs aimed at developing effective communication skills, the Syria Youth Foundation in Latakia organized a distinct interactive session within the "Dialogue Club" track, focusing on the foundations of constructive communication and fostering a culture of dialogue and mutual respect.

The session centered on the nuanced differences between the concepts of dialogue and argumentation, illustrating the objectives and societal impacts of each. Furthermore, the gathering highlighted the essential characteristics and skills that build the persona of a successful communicator, such as active listening, respecting diverse opinions, and quick wit. This initiative empowers youth to cultivate a refined language of communication, ultimately enhancing their presence and positive influence within their communities.
