في إطار فعاليات اليوم الدولي للحد من مخاطر الكوارث، نظمت المؤسسة السورية للشباب بالتعاون مع اتحاد الطلبة ووزارة الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث جلسة حوارية تفاعلية حملت عنوان: "عشر ثوان قبل أن ترسل، وعشر ثوان قبل أن تتحرك". ​وهدفت الجلسة إلى رفع مستوى الوعي لدى الشريحة الشبابية حول مفهوم إدارة المخاطر، وتعريفهم بالاستجابة السريعة والواعية في الأوقات الحرجة، وكيفية مواجهة الأزمات بحلول عملية وتفكير مدروس. وتأتي هذه المبادرة حرصاً على تعزيز الثقافة المجتمعية للوقاية وبناء قدرات الصمود لدى الشباب للتعامل مع مختلف الظروف الطارئة.

In connection with the activities of the International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction, the Syrian Youth Foundation—in collaboration with the Students' Union and the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management—organized an interactive dialogue session titled: "Ten Seconds Before You Send, and Ten Seconds Before You Move." ​The session aimed to raise awareness among youth regarding disaster risk management, familiarize them with rapid and conscious response strategies during critical moments, and equip them with practical solutions to handle emergencies. This initiative reflects a firm commitment to fostering a community culture of preparedness and building resilience among young people to navigate various emergency scenarios.
